Le livre-objet “S'enforester” est un appel à rendre nos vies plus sauvages, plus authentiques. Un appel à marcher pieds nus sur la terre sacrée, à vénérer le ciel, le soleil et la pluie qui donne la vie.
Le chêne-liège qui compose la première et quatrième de couverture a été collecté dans la forêt des Landes, à quelques pas de chez moi. La photographie a été réalisée dans la forêt du col d'Elhorrieta au Pays basque.
Composition : chêne-liège, cyanotype d'une photo originale virée au thé noir.

The artist’s book-object S’enforester (Becoming Forest) is an invitation to make our lives wilder, more authentic. An invitation to stand barefoot on the sacred earth, to revere the sky, the sun, and the life-giving rain.
The cork oak bark used for the front and back covers was collected in the Landes forest, just a few steps from my home. The photograph was taken in the Elhorrieta Pass forest in the Basque Country.
Materials: cork oak bark, cyanotype of an original photograph toned with black tea.
